Wailmer's Easter

Once, there was a young Wailmer. He dreamed of being noticed by everyone, near and far. However, he had no idea how to obtain this goal.
One day, while sitting on the beach trying to solve his dilemma, a group of Smeargle spotted him.
Worried, they went to see what was the matter.
"Why are you here on the beach?" asked one Smeargle, taller than the rest.
"I dream of being noticed by everyone, near and far," Wailmer replied, "but I have no idea how to obtain my goal."
"Well, if you want to be noticed, we can help!" exclaimed another Smeargle, having a larger hat than the rest.
"How do you plan to do that?" asked Wailmer, not knowing a what Smeargle's specialty is.
In unison, the group responded, "We'll paint you so everyone will have to notice you!"
The Smeargle quickly got to work, painting him more vibrant colors than usual and adding a few holiday touches.
Wailmer, now on his way to obtaining his goal, was the happiest Wailmer that ever lived.

So, my boyfriend kept saying that I should draw a Wailmer painted as an Easter egg. However, a lot of the things he suggested were complicated and required many pieces of paper. So, I decided to humor him this time and draw something else that we could both enjoy. He gets his Wailmer, and I got to draw some Smeargles. I also wanted to draw something for the holiday, but didn't feel motivated enough to draw what I originally planned.

Also, yes, I believe that Smeargle can have different colored tails. It makes more sense that way.
